Our people

Our trustees:

The charitable funds committee

The committee manages funds on behalf of our trustees. They make recommendations to the Trust board, and distribute donations in line with donors’ wishes and legislation.

The committee members are:

  • Nicola Gilham (chair), Non-executive Director
  • Les Broude, Honorary Independent Member for Donors

Fund holders

Fund holders are usually a matron or manager. They manage spending of the charitable funds against the fund for their ward or department and report back to the charitable funds committee and trustees.
