About Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust Charitable Fund
We help Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust deliver the highest quality of patient care by providing extra funding for equipment, research, and staff and patient wellbeing.
Your donations make a huge difference to the patients and staff at our 7 hospitals.
With your generous support, we can make even more of a difference to local patients, their families, and the dedicated staff who look after them.
Almost every ward in each Bucks hospital has felt the positive impact of donations, fundraising and gifts in wills from our kind and thoughtful supporters.

The charitable funds committee
The committee manages funds on behalf of our trustees. They make recommendations to the Trust board, and distribute donations in line with donors’ wishes and legislation.
The committee members are:
- Nicola Gilham (chair), Non-executive Director
- Les Broude, Honorary Independent Member for Donors
Fund holders are usually a matron or manager. They manage spending of the charitable funds against the fund for their ward or department and report back to the charitable funds committee and trustees.
