Since the first London Marathon in 1981, runners in the race have raised more than £700 million for charity, making it the largest annual one-day fundraising event in the world.
We’ve secured 10 charity places for this year’s London Marathon on Sunday 23 April 2023. If you want to be among the 40,000 runners crossing the finishing line and raise funds for our charity, we’d love to give one of these places to you.
Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust Charitable Fund gets all of the money raised from these places. We simply ask all runners to commit to a fundraising target of £1,500 to secure one of them. However much you raise, your contribution will make a massive difference to our fund and the local community we serve.
Are you up for the challenge?
To request one of the 10 available places, please email us and include: your name, phone number, address, and the reason you’d like to run for bucks in the marathon.
